Who is being civil? Who is not?

After all this time, finally a discussion about civility is triggered by what? The shout of "you lie" during Obama's recent speech, or Kanye "stepping on a kitten" as one twitter happy citizen wrote, by interrupting Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Awards? Perhaps the combination of these historic events as shared on YouTube?
